Our Mission

At Esteem Valley Academy our mission is to re-write the script. Regardless of their past our students are given a blank canvas on which to design their future and shape their own success. Understanding that ‘success’ looks different for all, we have created ‘A Culture Of Success’ that celebrates the achievements of every individual. We recognise milestones and accomplishments, big and small, developing a sense of pride and motivation within our school community.

Our curriculum is designed to cater to the diverse needs and abilities of our students, promoting their holistic development. We have high aspirations for both academic attainment and personal development and believe in nurturing individual talents and encouraging personal growth. Through an abundance of opportunities and exposure to a world learning beyond the classroom we enable our students to explore their potential, discover their passions, and develop the skills necessary to succeed in a rapidly changing world.

Relationships are at the core of our approach, and we are committed to developing positive connections within our school community. Through strong, meaningful relationships  based on trust and mutual understanding we nurture the development of personal skills, allowing our students to positively reengage. We encourage open communication, active listening and empathy, creating an environment that promotes wellbeing and enhances our student’s educational experience.

Ultimately, we are preparing our students for their next steps. Be that transition to mainstream, another educational setting, further education, apprenticeships and employment, or internal transition in our own setting, we endeavour to inspire, empower, and equip our students for a bright future, where they can make a positive and meaningful contribution to society.
