Uniform

At Esteem Valley Academy, we are committed to developing a nurturing and inclusive environment where every student can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We believe in celebrating individuality and allowing students to express themselves freely. Therefore, we have chosen to embrace a flexible approach to school attire.

We expect all students to wear clothing that is:

Appropriate for a school setting: This includes clothing that is not revealing (crop tops, low cut tops and short shorts and skirts), does not promote violence or inappropriate messages, and is not excessively baggy or disruptive to the learning environment.

Safe and comfortable: Footwear must be appropriate for school activities and ensure student safety. Sliders and sandals are not considered appropriate given the range of activities on offer and volume of students and staff on-site so should not be worn.

Primary Students:

Primary students are provided with an Esteem Valley Academy polo shirt and sweatshirt. We encourage students to wear these items, but it remains their personal choice.

Our Approach:

Our flexible approach to uniform reflects our commitment to promoting a positive and supportive atmosphere where students can focus on their learning and personal growth without unnecessary restrictions. We believe that by embracing diversity and respecting personal choices, we foster a sense of belonging and encourage self-confidence among our students.
